Spread 6

For this spread I followed the general layout style from the previous interview spread. I wanted to mix both professionalism with a 'punky' graphical elements, so I had used the grids and columns to create a sense of order, with collage style imagery and titles.

Spread 7

I think spread you can see I've condensed the bands information to 1 spread as apose to 2. I did this due to the lack of imagery I had on the band. I think this spread uses the space nicely and does well to make little content feel like more.

I knew this from the outset, as you can see my initial sketch does follows the same sort of structure.

Spread 8

This one of my favourite spreads from the publication. I think it balances white space and imagery very well and it has simple but 'punky' graphic to it. I used the first page to place photos and content on the band, whilst the second spread utilised the entire page to showcase Charlie Drinkwater artwork he had supplied.

Spread 9

The final spread again uses the consistent layout that we see on all of the other interviews. I wanted still keep the black on white theme for there content so I did just that.

As you can see, my initial design reflects the outcome for this spread - the style looks similar and layout follows the same structure.
